BPG Battery System

For the Autonomy of your Construction Site, leveraging the Regeneration of Tower Cranes and construction Hoists.

The first fully autonomous battery generator, independent from the grid, featuring an energy recovery system and charging from renewable sources, capable of powering your site’s machinery and utilities.

The integrated energy recovery system allows for the reuse of energy that, in most machines today, is dissipated as heat through braking resistors. Instead, this energy is reinjected into the system and used to charge the batteries.

This generator enables simultaneous battery charging and discharging, thanks to a revolutionary integrated management software powered by artificial intelligence. The system autonomously optimizes the process, extending the already long lifespan of the lithium-ion battery modules inside. Fully configurable and adaptable to each specific situation, it can be customized by adding or removing battery packs with a plug-and-play system, even on-site and after installation.

BPS Battery System

For a greener Port Area, leveraging the Regeneration of large Port Cranes.

A power supply system specifically designed for port cranes, fully autonomous, capable of powering various types of machines in all ports, from RTGs and RMGs to the largest STS cranes.

Similar to the battery generator, this system includes an energy recovery mechanism that captures power from crane movements, recharging the batteries instead of dissipating energy through braking resistors. Additionally, the package includes state-of-the-art solar panels—both rigid and flexible—to allow for charging even during operation.

The flexible panels can cover the machine’s structural surfaces without affecting performance or wind exposure.

The system is further enhanced by a patented charge balancing technology that drastically reduces the time required to equalize charge levels across battery cells—40 times faster than other systems currently on the market. As with the battery generator, CO2 emissions are eliminated through renewable energy charging and excess energy recovery
